1. Southward tours:

ISALO NATIONAL PARK : Duration: 9 days / 8 nights

Day 1: Arrival in Antananarivo

Arrival at the Ivato International airport. Reception by the guide and transfert to the hotel. Excursion up to the hill of Antananarivo. Visit of Ambohimanga "the blue hill", cradle of the Malagasy civilization  and former summer Palace of the Queens and Kings. Night at the hotel.

Day 2: Antananarivo - Antsirabe

Departure for the industrial and thermal city (2^nd large city of Madagascar). In the afternoon, visit of the thermal spring and the natural mineral water of Antsirabe. Excursion at the Andraikiba and Tritriva Lakes. Night at the hotel.

Day 3: Antsirabe - Ranomafana

Departure for Ambositra, the capital of the Malagasy craft industry  (sculpture and marquetry). Visit of a workshop and a show-room. Continuation to Ranomafana. Night at the hotel.

Day 4: Ranomafana - Fianarantsoa

Visit of the Ranomafana Park (endemic fauna and flora). Bathing in the thermal swimming pool before taking the road of Sahambavy to admire the tea plantation in the region. Night at the hotel.

Day 5: Fianarantsoa - Ranohira

Departure for Ranohira, a village near the Isalo massif. Visit of a wine cellar and an Antemoro paper factory in Ambalavao. Arrival at the National Park of Isalo and transfert to the hotel.

Day 6: Isalo

Guided tour at the massif of Isalo: discovering of the "Bara" funerary rites and the typical plants of the Park. Visit of the massif, walk to the natural swimming pool (6 km way to and back). Bathing and relaxation. You will attend the sunset at the window of Isalo. Night at the hotel.

Day 7: Ranohira - Toliara

Departure for Tuléar. Visit of Ilakaka, the miner city (sapphire rush). Discovering of Mahafaly tombs. Arrival at Tuléar and visit of the town. Night at the hotel.

Day 8: Toliara - Ifaty

Departure for Ifaty. You will see the Vezo villages (fishermen). Visit of baobab trees or a walk at the seaside to discover the coral seabed. Night at the hotel.

Day 9: Ifaty - Toliara / Antananarivo / Europe or the United States

Flight to Antananarivo. Visit of an artisanal market. Transfert to the Ivato international airport. Departure for Europe or the United States.

2. Eastward tours :

ANALAMAZAOTRA NATIONAL PARK : Duration: 7 days / 6 nights

Day 1: Arrival in Antananarivo

Arrival at the Ivato International airport. Reception by the guide and transfert to the hotel. Excursion up to the hill of Antananarivo. Visit of Ambohimanga "the blue hill", cradle of the Malagasy civilization  and former summer Palace of the Queens and Kings. Night at the hotel.

Day 2: Antananarivo - Mantasoa

Departure for Mantasoa. Visit of the artificial lake and the royal industrial site. Night at the hotel.

Day 3: Mantasoa - Analamazaotra National Park

Departure for the Périnet National park (Analamazaotra). Visit of the "butterfly farm" at Mandraka. Continuation on Moramanga where a rebellion took place in 1947. Visit of historical tombs. Arrival in Analamazaotra. Night in bingalows near the forest.

Day 4: Analamazaotra Park - Toamasina

Early the morning, excursion in the forest to see the Indri Indri. In the afternoon, departure for Toamasina. Night at the hotel in Toamasina.

Day 5: Toamasina - Foulpointe

You will travel along Ambodiatafana, the palace of the former President and the Ivoloina bridge. Visit of Foulpointe village and its magnificient beach. Night at the hotel.

Day 6: Sainte-Marie

Sainte-Marie was one of the favourite places of the pirates. You will visit their cemetery. From July to September, humpback whales pass in the channel to drop. A boat will take you to admire them. Night in the hotel.

Day 7: Sainte-Marie - Antananarivo - Europe or the United States

Flight to Antananarivo. Visit of an artisanal market. Transfert to the Ivato international airport. Departure for Europe or the United States.

3. Northward tours :

MONTAGNE D'AMBRE NATIONAL PARK : Dauer: 7 Tage / 6 nights

Day 1: Arrival in Antananarivo

Arrival at the Ivato International airport. Reception by the guide and transfert to the hotel. Excursion up to the hill of Antananarivo. Visit of Ambohimanga "the blue hill", cradle of the Malagasy civilization  and former summer Palace of the Queens and Kings. Night at the hotel.

Day 2: Antananarivo - Diego Suarez

Transfer to the airport, flight to Diego Suarez. Night at the hotel.

Day 3: Diego Suarez - Ramena

Excursion around the bay and at the "Montagne des Français" to admire the sunset. Night at the hotel.

Day 4: Montagne d'Ambre National Park

Departure for Joffreville which is close to the Montagne d'Ambre National Park. Visit of the Park through the botanical path to the large waterfall. The flora of this rain forest is luxuriant and very rich. You will see the fulvus lemur. Night at the hotel in Diego.

Day 5: Diego - Ambaja - Ankify

You will travel through beautiful scenery consisting of forests, rivers, canyons, sacred lake (Anivorano), cocoa, coffee, spices, and ylang ylang plantation before arriving at Ankify. In the afternoon, visit of an Ylang ylang distellery. Dinner in the restaurant. Night at the hotel.

Day 6: Ankify - Nosy Be

By ferry or high-speed motorboat, you will go Nosy Be. Transfert to the hotel. Visit of the city. Night at the hotel.

Day 7: Nosy Be - Antananarivo - Europe or the United States

Transfert to the airport for a flight to Antananarivo.
